– Holding a certificate or individual attestation from the publisher in case the company falls within the scope of the obligation provided for in 3° bis of Article 286 I of the CGI
– Adherence to rules on the deadline and mode of document retention
– Validation of compliance with rules related to the applied tax regime (RSI, RN…) for corporate income tax (IS) and value-added tax (VAT) based on the nature of the activity and turnover
– Rules for determining depreciation and their tax treatment
– Rules for determining provisions and their tax treatment
– Rules for determining accrued charges and their tax treatment
– Qualification and deductibility of exceptional charges
– Adherence to rules of collectability in VAT matters (collected and deductible)
